Make Your Own Burts Bees Grapefruit Complexion Mist


The recipe that spawned this site. I fell in love with this product about 7 years ago. Anyone who has ever used it knows how wonderful it is. I call it “my morning after spray” because no matter how late I stayed out or how tired I was in the morning it never failed to make my skin look fresh and alive. Long day at work and no time to redo my makeup for drinks with the girls? No problem. Burts Bees Grapefruit Complexion Mist to the rescue.

So imagine my panic when I found out that it had been discontinued. When I discovered the ingredients were pretty simple and readily available, I decided to try creating Burts Bees Grapefruit Complexion Mist myself.

This recipe is very easy and the results are exactly the same as the original. It even smells the same. Have fun making Burts Bees Grapefruit Complexion Mist at home.

Burts Bees Grapefruit Complexion Mist

Grapefruit Essential Oil- 50 drops
Lemon Essential Oil- 10 drops
Bergamot Essential Oil- 10 drops
Rosemary Essential Oil- 5 drops
1/4 Cup Spring or Distilled Water

Mix all essential oils together in a small cup with a spout. Add water and mix again. Pour into a small spray bottle. Shake before each use.
